coaches / licensing
In an effort to provide our membership with the most positive playing experience possible the club places a great emphasis on coaching education and development. The club provides many high quality licensing opportunities for its coaches including state, regional and national schools available through either the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) or the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA). Annually the club hosts state run youth modules and USSF E and D courses for our recreational coaches and assists our competitive coaches with national level courses. Additionally, the club has developed its own mentoring and coaching development programs that allows coaches, with the desire to progress through the different divisions of the club, an idea of what minimum licensing qualifications are for the various divisions and levels within the club.
