Coaches
The Club supports approximately 400 teams per season which creates a large need for coaches. Within our recreational division, Under 5-Under 18, the club relies on a volunteer base of coaches comprised of parents, students and individuals that are passionate for the game and wish to give back to the community. One of the clubs most popular programs within the recreational division is the Player Development League (PDL). Coaches in this program are required to possess a minimum license level to ensure quality training. The club’s competitive division, Arsenal Colorado, also has minimum licensing requirement for its coaches. These individuals receive monetary compensation similar to what other clubs in the state offer.
